Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program and current Texas LVN license.
• No experience required.
• Current BLS-HP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Perform admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Follow physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Document nursing care in patient records.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
