Join Our Team as a Correctional LPN or RN - Night Shift

Southern Health Partners, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Correctional LPN or RN to work the night shift at Walworth County Jail. We are a leading provider of correctional healthcare with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to supporting our nurses in a safe and appreciative environment.

Position Details

• Full-time, 12-hour night shift rotation from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with alternating weekends
• Competitive pay, sign-on, and retention bonuses

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and guidelines
• Administer prescribed medications according to standards and regulations
• Follow established treatment plans and perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking
