Job Title: FT LPN or RN at Walworth County Jail

Position Details

• Location: Walworth County Jail
• Open Position: Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Schedule: 12-hour Night Shift Rotation, 7 PM - 7:30 AM, with alternating weekends
• Compensation: Competitive pay plus sign-on and retention bonuses

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, and develop nursing plans within State Scope of Practice and guidelines
• Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations
• Implement established treatment plans
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking
