Join Our Team as a Correctional LPN Nurse (Days)

Southern Health Partners, Inc. has been a leading provider of correctional healthcare for over 30 years. We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at the Richland County Jail.

Position Details:

• Location: Richland County Jail
• Schedule: 3 - 12hr Day Shifts
• Benefits: Sign-On and Retention Bonus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, in coordination with Physicians/Providers.
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans.
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking.
