Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state where services are provided.
• BLS certification; hands-on training.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the LPN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to patients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Check and record vital signs, glucose checks, and other measurements on-site.
• Prioritize intake screenings and assist with sick call logistics.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the practitioner.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA practices.
