Qualifications

• Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Any employee with an active temporary permit must obtain PA LPN licensure within one year.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, screenings, and restorative techniques as directed.
• Observe physical and emotional behaviors and report identified needs.
• Provide first aid, CPR, or AED care during emergencies.
• Support inmates with hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Document health information, prepare reports, and maintain controlled substance records.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain stock of supplies and equipment.
