Minimum Requirements

• Current, valid, and unrestricted state license, certification, and/or credential required for the applicable LMHP role
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field preferred but not required
• 1–3 years of healthcare experience preferred
• Correctional healthcare or similar structured healthcare environment experience preferred
• Experience providing direct patient care or administrative support in a regulated environment preferred
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to correctional settings is an advantage
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
