Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our Mitchell, SD kitchen team within the correctional facility division. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting preparing meals with attention to quality and portion control.

You should have at least one year of culinary experience, strong knowledge of cooking methods, and excellent multitasking and customer service skills. We offer benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in high-volume, scratch-focused kitchens.
• Solid knowledge of culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and identify ingredients.
• Customer service experience is required.
