The supervisor may also offer suggestions related to the preparation of lesson plans or solutions to unique problems. Work is reviewed on a regular interval by the supervisor for compliance with the laws, regulations, procedures, and standards. You will have full responsibility for many non‑routine decisions in determining student progress and methods and materials to be used in teaching. In the event of an emergency, you must immediately exhibit effective leadership. The consequences of error could be extreme if disturbances were to occur.
