Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Health Services Administrator (RN) to manage the health care delivery program at Peoria County Jail. This role requires ensuring compliance with regulations while overseeing staff recruitment and maintaining communication with external partners.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with experience in correctional health care and supervision. This full-time position works Monday to Friday and includes on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Three years administrative, management, and supervisory experience.
• Experience in managing budgets and analyzing contracts preferred.
• Delivery and administration of correctional medical, dental, and mental health care recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the health care delivery program to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Oversee staff recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor subcontracted services and contracted provider performance.
