Responsibilities

• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Adhere to production guidelines and review logs.
• Train workers and assign/co-ordinate tasks.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Assist in inventory, receiving and storage of food items.
• Prepare and serve meals, maintain portions and special diets.
• Adhere to security and facility policies, and safeguard equipment.
