Qualifications

• Experience supervising laundry operations in a facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the overall operation of the institution laundry (clean side).
• Supervise and train an incarcerated crew in washing, drying, folding, and finishing laundry.
• Issue pay numbers and maintain incarcerated timecards/pay rosters.
• Orient and train incarcerated individuals on safety practices and shop rules.
• Maintain laundry quality, keep records, requisition supplies, and support production.
• Maintain security and inspect work areas for contraband.
