Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Cook for an onsite position inside a jail facility in Bemidji, MN. The successful candidate will prepare hot and cold items, follow recipes, and maintain food safety standards while working with a kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Requirements include at least 1 year of cooking experience and a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work 7:00am–5:00pm with some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of relevant cooking experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior kitchen/cafeteria experience in a large-volume facility.
• Experience with safety procedures in food service.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Prepare hot and cold items and follow recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers).
• Label, store and rotate products per state laws.
• Work at a fixed station with the team to produce dishes on time.
