Job summary

The Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11 in Pennsylvania seeks a Business/Computer Technology Instructor for correctional education facilities at Trough Creek Youth Forestry Camp. You will provide training, develop individualized plans, and maintain student records, reporting to the Educational Director as needed.

Qualifications include a Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate I or II, a related Business/Computer degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications.

Qualifications

• Education: Possess a Pennsylvania Certificate for Instructional I or II.
• Degree: Business/Communication Information Technology or related Business/Computer degree.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and instruction to assigned students.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of instruction (IPI).
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Provide learning support to the assigned students.
• Maintain student records and reports.
• Attend in-services and workshop meetings as required.
• Maintain care and inventory of books and supplies.
• Adhere to security, safety and program requirements.
• Utilize technology for instructional purposes.
