• Provide restorative and preventive care with infection control and safe use of anesthetics.
• Lead dental assistants and dental hygienists by offering training, reviewing work, and supporting hiring decisions.
• Review schedules, records, and requests to ensure quality standards and prepare required documentation.
• Maintain supplies, approve replacement needs, and uphold security and tool control requirements.
