Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED certificate; education cannot substitute for experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; United States citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AICs in housing units, control points, program and work assignments, and designated security areas.
• Maintain order and enforce institutional rules; respond to emergencies and critical incidents with professionalism.
• Assist in training and mentoring staff.
