Job summary

The State of Indiana is seeking a Correctional Caseworker at Pendleton Correctional Facility to coordinate case management, develop individual case plans, and assist in release and re-entry for inmates.

You will work with multiple teams to ensure program access, safety, and compliance. A high school diploma or GED is acceptable with relevant experience; IRAS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• IRAS Certification is required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with case management in corrections or social services preferred.
• Must test negative on drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management and create individualized case plans for offenders.
• Facilitate access to programs and services to support re-entry.
• Liaise with employers, courts, and community agencies for job development.
• Document interactions and progress of inmates during incarceration.
• Coordinate with staff on re-entry and release planning.
