• Reviews offender records to determine progress and classification; acts as a member of the classification unit.
• Advises offenders on personal problems, employment resources, and educational needs.
• Delivers programs to aid re-entry into the community after release.
• Develops offender transition plans and coordinates with community resources and agencies.
