The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking a dedicated professional to provide case management services to an assigned caseload of offenders at a multi-custody female facility. You will perform classifications, assessments, counseling, and referrals to support reintegration.
Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating housing options, and communicating with staff and the community. A background in offender services and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Reporting to a Correctional Programs Supervisor at a multi-custody female correctional facility, this position provides case management services to an assigned caseload of offenders.
Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the Minimum Education and Experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/Management Preferences are not required but applicants who possess the following skills are preferred: Documented knowledge of case management practices, or supportive counseling techniques and/or interviewing techniques for intake assessments.

Salary Range: $37,377 - $65,408

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with established working hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and may require working beyond normal work schedule to meet business needs.
Anson Correctional Institution houses female offenders in medium and close custody housing units. Anson CI offers a wide variety of educational, vocational, and training programs. Correction Enterprises operates the offender packaging operation at Anson, a partnership with Union Supply Direct through the Prison Industry Enhancement Program (PIE). Family and friends can order a package of goods from a pre-approved shopping list to send to an offender. Orders are packaged by offenders and shipped quarterly
