Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where services are provided (good standing).
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered.
• Record vital signs, lab results, and care data accurately.
