Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or human services with several psychology classes.
• Proficient knowledge of fundamental principles, techniques and methods of behavior therapy.
• Working knowledge of the population served and relevant area.
• Proven ability to write goals and programs.
• Proven ability to plan and conduct leisure/rehabilitative activities.
• Proven ability to evaluate progress and present to the Treatment Team.
• Proven ability to establish rapport with population served, families, staff and community agencies.
