Plus One, an Optum company, invites a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead Yoga sessions at our Charlotte, NC fitness center for a corporate client base. You will design engaging class formats, select motivating playlists, and adapt movements to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certificate, plus CPR/AED certification.
• Prior experience in Group Fitness, personal training, corporate health promotion or wellness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage clients and guests professionally.
• Ability to engage participants as a public speaker.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Teach Yoga group fitness classes at the Charlotte, NC location.
• Develop effective, engaging class formats and motivating playlists.
• Build class attendance and accommodate all fitness levels; offer alternatives.
