Job summary

Kacmarcik Enterprises is seeking a Corporate Well-Being Coordinator in Grafton, WI to lead employee health programs and ergonomic initiatives within our Learning & Development team. You will collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations to design evidence-based wellness activities that support performance and reduce injuries.

The role emphasizes movement science, ergonomics, and injury prevention, with responsibilities including program development, facilitation, and reporting to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or related field is required.
• 1–3 years coordinating wellness or health promotion programs preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support employee well-being programs aligned with goals.
• Plan initiatives supporting physical, emotional, social, financial, and other well-being facets.
• Promote participation through communications and materials.
• Assist HR and Safety with health trends and preventive opportunities.
• Support ergonomic assessments and safe work practices in manufacturing.
• Coordinate wellness classes, workshops, campaigns, and events.
• Serve as primary contact for instructors and speakers, manage schedules and logistics.
• Provide wellness resources on nutrition, activity, stress, sleep, tobacco cessation.
• Track participation, gather feedback, and prepare reports on effectiveness.
• Maintain confidential wellness records and ensure privacy compliance.
