Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Performance Coach for our Sioux Falls corporate wellness center. You will design and deliver fitness programs, run group classes, and provide personalized coaching to help clients reach their health goals.

You will assess participants, tailor plans, and support high-risk populations while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and driving engagement across services and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience, including internships.
• Proven ability to lead and teach group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and promote engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants for safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized plans.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and motivation for clients.
• Assist with incentive programs and health-promotion initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Support other duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
