Corporate Wellness & Membership Outreach Coordinator (Association) (Project Management)

The YMCA of the Fox Cities is hiring a Corporate Wellness & Membership Outreach Coordinator. This is a newly created role focused on growing our corporate membership base and positioning the YMCA as the premier wellness partner for businesses across the region.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading strategic outreach to local businesses, institutions, and wellness-focused organizations to promote corporate membership programs.
2. Developing and executing a structured outreach strategy for small, mid-sized, and large employers.
3. Representing the YMCA in community meetings and corporate wellness events.
4. Supporting and growing a pipeline of business leads using CRM systems and warm outreach methods (email, phone, LinkedIn).
5. Guiding new corporate partners through onboarding, orientation, and ongoing engagement to boost participation.
6. Creating mutually beneficial solutions that promote healthy employees and strong relationships.

This is a part-time business development role that can be paired with our part-time special events coordinator position.
