Job summary

Plus One, an Optum company, is seeking a Health Promotion Specialist in Beaverton, OR to develop and implement holistic well-being programs for a high-profile corporate client.

You will assess employees’ health needs, design and deliver programs, partner with vendors and client resources, and coordinate health and well-being marketing for on-site and virtual spaces to promote healthy behaviors and care engagement. You will report on engagement and results to demonstrate improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Three or more years of experience in health promotion, health management, HR or organizational behavior.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time, solve problems and follow up with stakeholders.
• Strong technical and regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to network, engage and interact with clients and members.

Responsibilities

• Assess employees’ health needs to develop and deploy well-being solutions.
• Coordinate, develop and deliver programs educating members on health and well-being.
• Partner with client, vendors and resources to execute workplace well-being strategies.
• Coordinate health and well-being marketing for on-site and virtual spaces to promote healthy behavior.
• Report on engagement and results to demonstrate improvement in metrics.
