Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Relationship Consultant to handle trust-related issues, schedule payments, and address non-investment matters for basic accounts. You may assist in developing new business with existing clients and will build deeper client relationships across multiple groups.

Primary responsibilities include administering Corporate Trust Accounts, delivering exceptional client service, coordinating activities across departments, and staying current with trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of Trust or related experience, or High School Diploma with five (5) years of Trust or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages set-up, implementation, and administration of Corporate Trust Accounts.
• Oversees and provides exceptional service for client relationships.
• Follows issues through to resolutions while meeting deadlines and anticipating client needs.
• Coordinates client service activities with other areas of the organization.
• Stays abreast of trends in Corporate Trust to ensure proper administration.
• Understands clients' objectives and provides alternatives to stakeholders.
• Develops internal and external relationships with COIs.
• Complies with Corporate Policies and external regulations.
