UMB’s Specialty Corporate Trust team supports aviation, rail and real estate clients worldwide, onboarding new business and administering trust transactions. The Business Support Specialist role partners with Relationship Managers to handle client support, account updates, system set-ups, note transfers, audit confirmations and other trust administration tasks.

It’s a fast-paced environment with monthly deadlines and teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage risks by handling high-volume daily activities with attention to detail.
• Liaise between Bond/Loan Operations and Relationship Managers.
• Review and prioritize messages in a shared mailbox.
• Resolve operational issues using critical thinking.
• Provide specialized support including system set-ups and documentation.
