UMB’s Corporate Trust and Escrow Services is a nationally recognized provider of bond trustee and agency services. The Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager role supports our team by delivering administrative support to existing corporate trust clients and responding to inquiries.

Five years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history are expected. Compensation ranges are provided, and benefits include PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5)+ years related work experience.
• Administrative support to Corporate Trust clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide administrative support to Corporate Trust clients.
• Use Microsoft products and internal systems to maintain records and respond to client requests with high accuracy.
• Communicate with client teams and internal groups to identify and provide solutions.
