• Strong corporate finance background; private credit/direct lending a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with indenture trustees, agents, and financial institution clients on debt and loan transactions.
• Engage on both public and private debt deals with exposure to private credit.
• Collaborate on complex restructurings and default-side matters with the team.
