TD Bank is seeking a Wealth Operations Specialist I in Mt. Laurel, NJ to support wealth management operations. You will perform basic processing, ensure transactions are entered correctly, and communicate with client-facing advisors and clients to resolve issues.

The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, SIE and Series 99, and strong arithmetic and organizational skills. You will work with Tracker, Netx360, FIS Trust Desk, Fidelity, and other systems as needed.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years related experience.
  • SIE and Series 99 registration required; if hired without licenses, they must be acquired within defined period.
  • Knowledge of accounting entries and procedures; trust operations processes.
  • Strong arithmetic, organizational, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Performs basic administrative support and reporting for Wealth management lines.
  • Proficient in at least one core Wealth System (Tracker, Netx360, FIS Trust Desk) and other systems (Fidelity, Lotus Notes, Transtar) as needed.
  • Processes transactions and ensures entries are made per policy; resolves issues with advisors, clients and third parties.
  • Prepares detailed information and reports on transactions and accounts; provides direction and answers to basic questions.
  • Adheres to quality standards and supports trackers/phones/emails to assist client-facing staff; handles basic reconciliations.
