Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to manage day-to-day corporate travel for business accounts from our Denver, Colorado office. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and strong relationship building with clients and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have GDS experience (Sabre preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts (air, car, hotel, ground transportation).
• Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards.
• Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed in servicing the client.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
