Shamin Hotels in Richmond, VA seeks a Corporate Transition GM to lead turnaround projects across multiple brands. You’ll assess hotels, craft disciplined 30/60/90-day plans, and drive QA readiness, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and brand standards.

You’ll coach front-line teams, hire and mentor talent, and manage revenue and expenses as if the property were your own. This is a permanent, full-time role with growth paths within Shamin.

• Shape the company. Between assignments, work directly with our COO and VP of Operations on projects that move all of Shamin forward.

The role

Shamin Hotels is Virginia’s largest hotel management company, with 85+ hotels across Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG. When one of our hotels goes through a big moment, we send in our Corporate Transition GM. That could be a new acquisition, a brand conversion, a PIP, or a leadership gap.

You’ll step in, steady the ship, and raise the bar. That means guest scores, cleanliness, brand standards, and the bottom line. Then you’ll leave behind a team that’s stronger and more confident than the one you found.

This is not a contract or task force gig. You’re a full-time, permanent Shamin Associate with full benefits and a real career path. The hotels change, but your seat on our team doesn’t.
