Confidential Law Firm in North Carolina seeks a Sr. Corporate & Transactional Attorney to lead complex deals from start to close. You will work directly with firm leadership in a collaborative, non-big-firm environment and enjoy autonomy on matters.

You will draft, review, and negotiate transactions, advise clients, lead matters, and contribute to business development while mentoring associates and staff. North Carolina bar admission required or obtainable quickly; hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• North Carolina bar admission or ability to obtain quickly.
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercial real estate and large-firm experience are a plus.
