Confidential Employer in South Bend, Indiana, seeks an experienced corporate attorney to advise businesses on formation, contracts, transactions, and M&A. The role prioritizes practical, business-minded guidance and collaboration with business owners and executives.

You will draft, review, and negotiate operating agreements and transaction documents, assist with formation, financing, acquisitions, and sales, and work with a broad range of clients across practice areas.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Indiana law license preferred, or ability to become licensed promptly.
• 3+ years of transactional, corporate, business law, contract, M&A, or related experience preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively with a team.
• Real estate transactional experience is a plus.
• Portable business is welcome, but not required.

Location

This position is based in South Bend, Indiana. Attorneys should expect to be in the office the majority of the time initially, with hybrid flexibility available after training.
