Reid and Riege PC, a mid-sized Hartford, CT law firm, seeks a corporate transactional attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Partial remote work will be considered, reflecting our collaborative culture and dedication to professional development.

Qualified candidates will have a strong background in commercial/corporate law with emphasis on transactional work, including M&A, contracts, or financing transactions. A J.D.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate transactional experience.
• Background in commercial/corporate law with emphasis on transactional work.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; CT Bar admission or ability to become admitted promptly.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate corporate and transactional documents.
• Advise clients on M&A, financing transactions and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams in a downtown Hartford office; partial remote work.

Reid and Riege, P.C., a mid-sized Connecticut law firm with a business services practice, seeks a corporate transactional attorney with at least3 yearsof experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Qualified candidates will have a background and increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work. Experience with M&A, commercial contracts, or financing transactions is preferred. Private fund experience is a plus.
