Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Corporate Trainer to deliver professional development and new associate orientation in our Houston office. You will design courses, manage classes, maintain databases, and evaluate students while demonstrating professionalism and strong communication.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with emphasis on teaching ability and strong Microsoft Office skills. Occasional travel to the Dayton office may be required, and a hybrid work schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior teaching experience helpful.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with online training tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Teach professional development and new associate orientation courses in a classroom environment.
• Design and develop training programs and instructor guides; manage classes and student evaluations.
• Maintain course databases and handle class management and related documentation.
• Travel to the Dayton office may be required once or twice a year.
