SGS North America Inc. is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to lead the US consolidated federal and state filings, oversee interim and year-end tax provisions, and mentor a team of Tax professionals.
The role requires a CPA with a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of corporate tax experience, plus 1–3 years of supervisory work and international exposure. The position is full-time, on-site in Marietta, GA with competitive compensation.

The Corporate Tax Manager is responsible for supervising the preparation of US consolidated federal and consolidated, combined, and separate state income tax returns. They will also oversee the computation of interim and year-end income tax provisions, as well as review and manage the tax returns prepared by the Tax team. Additionally, the Tax Manager will lead and mentor a team of Tax professionals.

Full-time Compensation: USD 110000 - USD 125000 - yearly
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 annually. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
