Job summary

Nuvera Communications is a Minnesota-based broadband provider with a focus on reliable fiber-optic internet services for residential and business customers. The Corporate System Analyst will manage and support multiple applications and systems, including LAN/WAN hardware, storage appliances, and physical and virtual server infrastructure.

You will provide tier 3 support, engage in research, and contribute to project management.

Qualifications

• 4-year computer-related degree required.
• 4+ years of related experience showing proficiency in cybersecurity and corporate system management, and analytics.
• 2 relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VMware VSphere/ESXi infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain storage, server, and fiber channel infrastructure.
• Manage Windows Server and Cloud infrastructure.
• Support internal staff at a tier 3 level, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
