Lyra Health is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to act as the core quantitative and analytical engine of the Strategy function. You will own financial models, market analyses, and strategic initiatives across Lyra's business units, reporting to the Director of Strategy.

The role involves building P&L forecasts, tracking trends, and supporting M&A decisions. A base salary range of $106,000 to $146,000 accompanies discretionary bonuses in a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, healthcare investment banking, or strategy & operations in a high-growth tech/healthtech setting.
• Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling capabilities (Excel/Google Sheets) with experience structuring complex datasets.
• Strong narrative development and visual deck-building skills.
• Healthcare industry exposure (digital health, employer benefits, or health plans) is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; top-tier management consulting background preferred.

As a full-time Corporate Strategy Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 to $146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
