Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the Corporate Strategy team in either Washington, DC or Indianapolis. The role will focus on leading market assessments, portfolio analysis and competitive intelligence to shape the business' strategic direction.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, guide research across industries and partners, and drive the development of formal recommendations. This role requires strong communication and a track record of strategic problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or Master’s with 3 years.
• Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience or JD/PhD
• 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• U.S. citizen required to be considered

Responsibilities

• Lead development of vision and strategies; ensure alignment with group and functional strategies
• Lead industry, customer, competitor, partner and/or supplier research to provide analysis and insight
• Use strategy methods to solve complex business problems
• Lead communication and engagement on vision and strategy
• Ensure effective process for identification of opportunities and threats and strategic response
• Support development of formal recommendations to senior leadership
