Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in New York seeks a senior sales leader to own the end-to-end sales cycle for software, data, reporting and analysis solutions. You will identify, qualify, scope, price, and close opportunities with precision, targeting both new and existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • Comfort navigating large, matrixed organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across audiences.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and self-motivation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to drive client engagement and close deals.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Broadridge’s suite of solutions (software, data, reporting and analysis).
  • Identify, qualify, scope, price lead contract negotiations with precision and professionalism.
  • To close new business opportunities within both new and existing accounts.
  • Maintain strong product fluency to align client needs with Broadridge’s data & analytics capabilities, including Tier 1 and 2 accounts.
  • Expand relationships and cross-sell Broadridge capabilities beyond initial entry points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Broadridge sales teams to identify enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Engage internal stakeholders across legal, finance, product, and leadership to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Represent Broadridge at key industry conferences, events, and forums.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years selling SaaS or technology-based solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the asset management industry, with a network of senior-level contacts.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding software sales quotas.
  • Consultative approach to selling, with the ability to clearly link solutions to business outcomes.
  • Comfort navigating large, matrixed organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - confident with both detail and strategy.
  • High-level proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and self-motivation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to drive client engagement and close deals.
Additional Credentials

Experienced in holding prior asset management roles with the mutual fund or ETF marketplace.

  • Experience selling data and analytics platforms into enterprise asset management firms.
  • The ability to think like a business operator - not just a seller.
Compensation Range

The salary range for this position is between $125,000.00- $145,000.00. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Eligible, Commission Eligible.
