Job summary

Hunt Consolidated, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Corporate Services Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute programs across facilities, operations, and administrative services.

You will lead end-to-end projects with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while delivering customer service excellence on the HQ campus. This role requires developing project charters, timelines, and budgets; coordinating with facilities, IT, procurement, HR;

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in corporate services, facilities or operations.
• College degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Corporate Services initiatives, including office moves, facilities upgrades, vendor transitions, and process improvements.
• Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for each initiative.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, procurement, HR, and other departments to align project deliverables and minimize disruption to campus operations.
• Oversee vendor performance across service areas: mail/shipping, furniture moves, space planning, food & beverage, landscape, event planning.
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; prepare status reports and presentations for leadership.
