Job summary

HireQuotient is seeking experienced Security Officers for premier Stamford locations. The role requires 1–2 years of security experience, a valid CT Security Guard License, and a high school diploma. Shifts include day, afternoon, and overnight, with full-time weekends.

Pay is $18 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible hires. You will monitor access points, patrol premises, assist guests, and coordinate with local authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Security Officer experience.
• CT Security Guard License valid and not expiring within 3 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or guest services training is a plus.
• Ability to stand and patrol outdoors in any weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong and visible presence to ensure safety and security
• Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter designated areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with directions, inquiries, and general assistance
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established protocols
• Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other security personnel as needed
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the values of our organization
