Job summary

SSC, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer in Stamford, CT to protect client sites and ensure safety. This full-time role runs 7:00am–3:00pm with a pay of $19.57 per hour.

You will patrol designated areas, monitor for safety hazards, and respond to emergencies while maintaining professional client interactions. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are at least 18, have or can obtain a state security license, pass a drug screen, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas by foot or vehicle.
• Observe for conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Respond to emergencies and/or alarms and contact appropriate services.
• Monitor for unauthorized persons and maintain access control.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Provide high level customer service to clients and visitors.
