NOTE: This position is HYBRID and requires 2 days in our Walnut Creek, CA office. Additionally, this team member will be in the field at least 3 days a week, conducting site visits and investigative responsibilities.

Summary

The Corporate Security Specialist will be central to AAA operations, fostering a secure environment by identifying potential risks and systematically improving security procedures across the enterprise.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for physical security and incident investigation at the premises.
• Adept at problem solving, multi-tasking, and remaining composed in high-stress situations.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with a customer service attitude and positive communication style.
• Exercise good judgment in stressful situations and demonstrate a results-driven persona.
• Work effectively with people from various backgrounds, including C-suite executives.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Provide clear and effective written and verbal directions.
• Conduct security awareness training for staff.
• Log and track security incidents, recognize trends, and recommend appropriate actions.

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience (Required).
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent to 60 college credits (Preferred).
• CA CCW permit and advanced firearms training (Required).
• Graduate of a reputable executive protection course (e.g., Oatman, ESI, EPI, SECFOR, GDB, ITG) (Required).
• Advanced First Aid, CPR, AED certification; EMT-B preferred (Required).
• Some corporate security experience in Fortune 500 companies (Required).
• Experience dealing with potential threats and volatile situations (Required).
• Travel up to 10% within Northern California and Western States.

We target between the minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis.

Compensation Range: Min: $74,783 - Mid: $93,477 - Max: $112,173
