Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Paranoids Corporate System Security Engineer to help manage security reviews of corporate systems, third‑party SaaS, and AI/LLM products. You will own intake triage, onboarding, and access requests, and you’ll apply AI-assisted tools to draft dispositions with guidance from senior reviewers.

You will also contribute to internal rubrics and runbooks, support annual product check‑ins, and stay current with threats in corporate identity and tooling.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in security review, IT or corporate security, or related engineering with secure design focus.
• Experience reviewing third-party or SaaS products or internal products.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption in transit/rest, logging and secure communications.
• Knowledge of SSO and MFA, e.g., Okta.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM security basics and data exposure concerns.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, triage, and drafting findings.
• Ability to explain requirements to product/business owners and validate controls.
• Strong written communication to document review decisions.
• Ability to manage a queue and escalate timely.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on security reviews of corporate systems and identify risks.
• Own high-volume review queue: intake triage, onboarding, access requests, and configurations.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to triage, digest docs, and draft dispositions.
• Assist with MCP and agentic connection reviews including authentication/authorization checks.
• Contribute to internal review tooling, rubrics, and runbooks.
• Support annual corporate-product check-ins and SaaS inventory reconciliation.
• Stay updated on emerging threats across corporate SaaS, identity, and AI tooling.
