Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Paranoids Corporate System Security Engineer to review corporate systems, SaaS, and AI/LLM products for security risks. You will manage intake, onboarding, and access requests, using AI tools to draft dispositions and ensure proper validation.

You will collaborate with product owners to define requirements, document decisions clearly, and maintain audit coverage while aligning with security rubrics and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in security review, IT or corporate security or related engineering with a focus on secure design.
• Experience assessing third-party or SaaS products or internal products and how they authenticate and data flows.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption in transit and at rest, logging and secure communications.
• Working knowledge of SSO and MFA enforcement in identity providers (e.g., Okta).
• Familiarity with AI/LLM application security basics and sensitive data handling.
• Ability to explain requirements to product/business owners and validate controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on security reviews of corporate systems and SaaS to identify risk and propose controls.
• Own high-volume review queue including onboarding, access requests, and baseline configurations.
• Use AI-assisted tooling for triage, documentation, and draft dispositions with review validation.
• Assist with MCP and agentic connection reviews, checking auth, scope, credentials and audit coverage.
• Contribute to internal rubrics, runbooks, and precedent library for faster future reviews.
• Support annual corporate-product check-in and SaaS inventory reconciliation.
• Stay current with threats across corporate SaaS, identity, and AI tooling.
