Job summary

UFC is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure environment at our Las Vegas facilities. You will monitor ingress/egress, operate CCTV and alarm systems, file incident reports, escort staff off property when required, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and ideally 2 years in security or related fields; CPR/AED certification is required; strong communication and computer skills; knowledge of security

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates or higher degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Two years in Security, Law Enforcement or Military preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Able to operate alarm systems and security monitoring equipment.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and related software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment at UFC facilities.
• Monitor ingress and egress of employees, visitors, vendors and contractors.
• Operate CCTV and alarm systems; monitor daily logs and badge access.
• Produce a Daily Activity Report at shift end.
• Escort and supervise employees off property when required.
• Report incidents with timely documentation and signature collection.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire and EMS when needed.
• Maintain grooming and professional appearance at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents.
