Job Description

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

Role Details

• Set schedule: Part-time, Thursday through Sunday, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Graveyard shift, 32 hours/week
• Hourly wage: $22/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

This role emphasizes building meaningful connections through excellent customer service. You will work with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding visitors
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols and inspecting security equipment
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions and writing incident reports
• Ensuring safety and security of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required
